Hindurvættir
Hindurvættir a Post-Metal band, is a three man project formed in late 2011 in the northern town of Akureyri, Iceland. The band‘s influences are drawn from the seasons, nature and the harsh every day existence.
In 2012 recordings commenced of a three part musical piece titled “Hrímland” which tries to capture the battle between the seasons and the struggling reality of everyday life. The trilogy was released in early 2013 as a split with the band Völva and is available for free online.
In autumn 2015 a three song EP was released titled “Ómælistóm”.
